Fees 

Currently my rate is $145 per fifty-five minute session/$200 per seventy-five minute session, due at the beginning of each visit, unless we have agreed upon another arrangement.

 

There are some sliding scale appointment slots which I reserve for clients in financial need.  Please feel free to inquire about this.

Insurance  

At this time, I am paneled with First Choice Health Network (including Kaiser Permanente), Premera, Regence and United Health Care (commercial). 

 

If you are covered with another insurer, I will provide you with a statement of services that you may submit to your health plan for reimbursement according to your health plan provisions for "out of network" providers.
